Is Caviar Safe to Eat While Pregnant?

The one thing about pregnancy is the restricted food list. Are you aware of the foods you should not eat while pregnant? This article is a great resource on what foods to avoid.

wow! thanks for sharing this information. to be honest I didn't think that there is even a list of food which should be avoided during pregnancy. I thought that women need to keep a healthy lifestyle and avoid junk food but seafood...It's sad as I love fish and can't imagine my life without sushi with raw fish. I used to drinking eggs every morning as well. But what if I don't change my diet when pregnant? It's hard to believe it's so crucial...gosh

hi, thank you for sharing this article here. Grace, I want to say that you are great . you make this forum much more better, you give us tons of information and want to help other new members feel more comfortable here. as for your question,  It is safe and good to eat caviar (fish eggs) during pregnancy. But apt care should be taken to see the product information and check if it has been thoroughly pasteurised. If it has not been properly properly then it could lead to listeria during pregnancy. You can directly contact the manufactures for additional information on how it has been pasteurized. However if there is no sufficient information available it is advisable to not to ingest or eat the same.

Hope my answer will be important for someone. Best of luck
